Due to an overwhelming concern about backups. I am posting this to update you on backups. All accounts on the HShere system have the ability to back up and restore your data, that is if you have a backup to restore from. Here you have 2 choices 1. log-in to your account http://promitech.res.hsphere.cc/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP and click on account backups then select the domain and how you want to back up. when the backup is ready you can download it to your computer for safe keeping.
Option 2 have Promitech Backup you files for you. There is a charge for this service depending on how often you want it backed up. Contact support thru the contact button on the home page.
