Cancellation of Service – Written 30 Day Notice Required for us to cancel the account.

You can cancel your account by logging into your control panel using the HSPHERE LOG IN button above.

This agreement is established on a month to month basis. The Customer must cancel with written 30 day notice sent to the address of Promitech listed in this agreement. Once we receive your cancellation notice unless otherwise requested we will at our discretion delete the account immediately. The Customer agrees that Promitech has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored on Promitech’s servers on behalf of the Customer, if the account is canceled, for any reason, by either the Customer or Promitech.
Domain Name Transfers

Domains registered to Promitech Technologies as Proxy for your use require a 25.00 transfer fee. To switch Registrars.

Refund policy of Fees
All setup fees (if applicable) and billed monthly, semi annually and yearly fees are non-refundable.
