All accounts on the HShere system have the ability to back up and restore your data, that is if you have a backup to restore from. Here you have 2 choices 1. log-in to your account http://promitech.res.hsphere.cc/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP and click on account backups then select the domain and how you want to back up. when the backup is ready you can download it to your computer for safe keeping.
